We’re Kirsty and Vicky—the founders behind the roar. Strategic brains, creative souls, and your go-to support crew when cloning yourself isn’t an option.
Between us, we’ve got decades of experience across marketing, design, strategy, storytelling, project wrangling and community building. We’ve worked with businesses of every shape and size—from micro startups to global brands as well as charities, social enterprises, local authorities and government.
We created SheRoars to help founders (especially women and LGBTQ+ leaders) get flexible support without the faff. Our work combines the business brains of a c-suite, the magic of a creative studio, and the empathy of people who get how hard it is to build something bold while wearing every hat.

Kirsty’s the one who turns chaos into clarity. With over 20 years of experience in strategy, intelligence and marketing, she’s worked across defence, healthcare, creative industries and social impact. She’s got a knack for spotting patterns, fixing bottlenecks and making data dance. Whether she’s building a pitch deck, mapping customer journeys or leading a workshop, she brings sharp thinking and a whole lot of sparkle.
She’s also a natural connector—bringing people, ideas and opportunities together across sectors and communities. Known for her warmth, wit and ability to make even the driest data feel exciting, Kirsty’s the person you want in your corner when you’re ready to make bold moves and brave decisions. She’s also been known to break into dance mid-meeting (glitter optional, enthusiasm guaranteed).
🐯 Vicky Pearson – Creative Powerhouse. Brand wrangler. Sass specialist.
Vicky’s the creative soul of SheRoars—bringing colour, clarity and cleverness to every project. With a background in marketing, design, branding and community building, she’s worked across industries – from politics, e-commerce, farming to high-end software and plumbing. Her experience led her from startups to social enterprises even to the government, helping people find their voice and make it heard. She turns “meh” into “wow” and ideas into impact, all while keeping things beautifully on-brand and brilliantly on-message.
She’s also a champion of inclusive storytelling and purposeful design. Whether she’s crafting a campaign, leading a workshop, fronting a PR campaign or wrangling external agencies, Vicky brings empathy, energy and a whole lot of flair. She’s the person who’ll help you show up, stand out and shine—without losing your soul or your sanity. Loves a good brainstorm, a strong cup of coffee, and a well-placed pun.
Bonus facts: Not only is Kirsty an award-winning photographer 📸, Vicky is also an award-winning videographer and former producer/director of a talk radio show that aired locally and reached global audiences, even Hollywood guests. (Both now hiding behind office chairs in embarrassment 
)

We also know what it’s like to spin too many plates without a safe pair of hands to help carry them. That’s why we work on a flexible basis—dipping in when needed, tailoring every project, and leaving space for bold ideas and brave decisions.

Jo is THE social media whisperer and will handle your organic content, image description, accessible captions, audience engagement (yep, even the DMs), and monthly performance reports so you can stay focused on running your business. 🐯
